After 4 years in California, our family moved back across the continent to Miami. It all happened very quickly and frankly our heads are still spinning. Andres is in a new job, Lorelei started not just preschool but pre-K classes and on Monday we are testing out a school for Emma. And we are trying to buy a house but are waiting to hear back from the bank. Patience may be a virtue but it isn't one that I possess in abundance.
So now that I find myself unemployed and soon to have both of my beautiful girls in school, I am hoping that I will faithfully post updates on this blog. I changed the name because it really is more about me and my experiences rather than the whole family. After all, you only hear my side of things!And trust me when I say that being a Mama in Miami is very different from being a Bay Area Mama.

That picture of Emma and Lorelai at the train tracks is awesome! Must be entered in some photo contest soon! Glad to hear things are settling in Miami - can't wait to hear more adventures!
